The hotel-restaurant owned and run by the family Puccioni since 1930, is situated in the centre of the ancient town, in the 14th century palace once housing the Podesteria (residence of the town's Podestà). The indoors are conveniently restored and offers an atmosphere of real tuscanity, consisting of hospitality, kindness and privacy. The enoteca in the undergound vaults offer you a great choice of wines to match with esquisite food; a wide wide selection of the best Tuscan wines (including remarkable local products), as well as Italian and international ones. The bedrooms have all comforts: their balconies face green amphiteatres spreading up to the sea, or they look over the inside of the hamlet with its open gallery of the ancient Chancellery palace, towards the defenses of the rock. In the the porches, over our large terrace, aside the swimming pool you may choose whether to enjoy a relaxing shade or the warmth of the Etruscan sun.
The restaurant partly occupies the old stores of Podesteria and offers, in a context made more attractive by original earthenwares, the real, traditional, ancient cooking of the Etruscans and the Romans. As soon as you arrive, you may ask the receptionist for brochures illustrating long-range alternative routes to be covered in a car, or short and averange-range routes enjoyable on a bike or on foot.

L'Albergo - Ristorante "Quattro Gigli" di proprietà della famiglia Puccioni dal 1930 è situato al centro dell'antico borgo, nel quattrocentesco palazzo già sede della Podesteria. Gli interni, sapientemente restaurati, offrono atmosfere di autentica toscanità, dove ospitalità, cortesia e discrezione sono di casa.
Le camere dotate di tutti i conforts, si affacciano con i balconi su verdi anfiteatri fino al mare, oppure all'interno del borgo sul logiato dell'antica Cancelleria, verso le difese della rocca.
Nelle verande della grande terrazza o ai bordi della piscina si può scegliere se restare in rilassanti penombre o godere dei caldi raggi del sole etrusco.
Il Ristorante, ricavato in parte negli antichi magazzini della Podesteria, offre in una cornice di originali terrecotte artistiche, autentici piatti di cucina tradizionale ed antica: menu etrusco e rinascimentale.
L'enoteca posta nel sotterraneo, consente abbinamenti ottimali con i migliori vini della Toscana (notevoli alcune selezioni locali), d'Italia e del mondo.
