  • Thursday: Arrivals from 5 pm onward. Free pick up at Castelfiorentino r.r.station. Dinner at 8 pm.
  • Volterra
    Friday: In the morning, tour of
    Volterra, with its two milleniums art and architecture, lunch at renowned restaurant. Afternoon visit of an excellent winery and guided sampling of their best wines. Evening cooking class by the chef Bartolo based on historical and traditional Tuscan cuisine, followed by dinner.
  • San Giminiano
    Saturday: - In the morning, hands-on cooking class by home-cook Emanuela, based on traditional recipes and saffron specialties, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, guided tour of
    San Gimignano,, the famous medieval "towers town". Dinner at your hotel.
  • San Miniato
    Sunday: Cooking class by Loredana for hand-made pasta and mediterranean sauces, followed by lunch at her farm house. Afternoon short visit of San Miniato, then departures from san Miniato r.r. station around 5 pm.

    Note: for late reservations, if the above lodging is full, you will find arrangment at Quattro Gigli Hotel or Vallacchi farm-house all comforts, nice rooms and apartments, swimming pool, family run.

Special Truffle season editions of this program are run in October and November.
They include visit of the Truffle Festival and Market, a truffle hunting with professional truffle digger and his dog and a special lunch with white truffle specialties.

Flying note: we suggest to land at Pisa G.Galilei International Airport. Please check convenient fares of RyanAir from London and direct flyghts from New York by Delta. Transfer from Pisa or Florence airport to your lodge on request, Euros 25 per person.
Train note: trains from Pisa or Florence to Castelfiorentino (via Empoli) take about one hour and run almost every hour. Free pick up at Castelfiorentino station between 5 and 6 pm.
Driving note: write to us communicating your provenience and we will write you detailed directions.
